This was a suit by the appellee against the appellant upon a policy of insurance, issued to the appellee upon the life of her husband, one William Hinesley. The policy was in the sum of twelve hundred dollars, was dated *3-at the city of Hartford, Connecticut, on the 6th day of Eeb-Tuary, 1862, and, on the 12th day of the same month and .year, was countersigned by the appellant’s agent, at Terre Haute, Indiana.
