Plaintiff Guaranteed Rate, Inc. (“Guaranteed Rate”) filed this suit against twenty-six individuals and entities (collectively “Defendants”), alleging that Defendants conspired to defraud Guaranteed Rate in connection with the sale of real estate at a condominium development in Chicago, Illinois, known as Vision on State (“the Development”).
