The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has remanded this case to the United States District Court for the District of Montana for a period of forty-two (42) days to consider the plaintiff’s motion for relief under Rule 60(b), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.1 Jurisdiction vested in this court on February 26, 1982, and expires on April 9, 1982.
