12Pefendant, T.T.,1 was charged by grand jury indictment with one count of aggravated rape of a minor, C.T., a violation of La. R.S. 14:42(A)(4) (count one), and with one count of aggravated incest of a minor, A.T.,2 a violation of La. R.S. 14:78.1 (count two). Defendant pled not guilty and waived his right to a jury trial. After a bench trial, he was found guilty as charged on both counts. Defendant filed a motion for new trial, but the trial court denied that motion.
