Plaintiff, Roy A. Ralls, appeals the order of the circuit court granting defendants’ motions for summary judgment of both Ralls’ claim under the Structural Work Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 48, par. 60 et seq.) and his claim for common-law negligence based on injuries he sustained when he fell on a snow-covered earthen incline at a construction site.
