Richard Brown v. Susan Brown-Thill

Richard L. Brown (“Brown”) and Susan Brown-Thill (“Brown-Thill”), the children of Eugene D. Brown and Saurine L. Brown, became the sole co-trustees of the complex Eugene D. Brown Trust (“EDB Trust”) after the death of their mother, the surviving spouse under that Trust. Unable to resolve many conflicts about managing the EDB Trust and other family trusts and partnerships, in March 2010 Brown and Brown-Thill signed an Arbitration Agreement for resolving a broad range of disputes.
