Individual investors Benjamin, Christina, and Daniel Schwarz, bring this suit against ThinkStrategy Capital Management, LLC (“ThinkStrategy”), a “fund of funds” in which they invested, and Che-tan Kapur, ThinkStrategy’s managing director, for losses they allegedly incurred when certain funds in which ThinkStrategy had invested — specifically, the Valhalla and Victory Funds administered by Arthur Nadel (the “Nadel Funds”) — were found to have been fraudulent and their shares could not be redeemed.
