THÍS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants Sustainable Growth Group Holdings, LLC (“SGG Holdings”) and Sustainable Growth Group USA, Inc.’s (“SGG USA”) Motion for Summary Judgment. (D.E. No. 78). Defendants SGG Holdings and SGG USA (collectively “Defendants”) seek summary judgment on Plaintiff Hedge Capital Investments Limited’s (“HCI” or “Plaintiff’) Amended Complaint (D.E.
