— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Lawrence, J.), rendered February 9, 1983, convicting him of robbery in the first degree and resisting arrest, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

On appeal, the defendant argues that his cross-examination into prosecution witness Edward Thomas’ credibility was impermissibly limited when he was prevented from delving into the facts underlying Thomas’ shooting of one Roosevelt Starling, for which Thomas had pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a weapon.
