According to the final pretrial order, this action alleges the violation of plaintiffs employment rights under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; the Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.); and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA, 29 U.S.C. § 2611 et eq.)
