In this case the appellees, the plaintiffs below?, alleged in substance in their complaint, that, on the 5th day of March, 1868, they and the appellants were partners, doing-business under the firm name and style of “ The Cabinet; Makers’ Union,” of Connersville, Indiana; that at said time-the appellants, then partners under the firm name of Lewis R.. and Oliver I.
