OPINION AND ORDER

AIKEN, Chief Judge:

Plaintiff Bonnie Magallon moves for class certification pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.P. 23. Defendant Robert Half International, Inc., opposes plaintiffs motion. For the reasons set forth below, plaintiffs motion is granted.1

BACKGROUND

This action stems from defendant’s use of a criminal background report in deciding to reject plaintiffs employment application. Defendant, a professional staffing service company, rejected plaintiffs application because of her criminal history.
