Gibson-Michaels v. Bair
District Court, District of Columbia
1Opinion of the Court
MEMORANDUM ORDER
RICARDO M. URBINA, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on two motions. The first is plaintiffs motion under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b), seeking relief from an order granting the defendants’ motion dismiss as conceded and dismissing the action. The court denies the motion because it does not satisfy the requirements for relief under Rule 60(b). The second is a motion filed by plaintiffs retained counsel, seeking to withdraw as attorney. The court denies this motion because it does not comply with the requirements of Local Civil Rule 83.6.
