I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court on a “Motion to Reopen Adversary Proceeding” (“Motion”) filed by Cathy Blake, the Plaintiff herein, on January 28, 2007. Joseph G. Trutwein, the Debtor and Defendant herein, filed an “Objection to Plaintiffs Motion to Reopen Adversary Proceeding” (“Objection”) on March 1, 2007.
