OPINION
PICKARD, Judge.
{1} Defendant appeals the district court order denying his motion to suppress the evidence obtained from a traffic stop. Defendant entered a conditional guilty plea to di'iving while intoxicated (DWI), reserving the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress.
