— Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Bruce McM. Wright, J.), entered April 18, 1986, which denied the motion of defendant Safeco Insurance Company of America for an order to disqualify plaintiffs counsel Robert Conason, Esq. and the law firm of Gair, Gair & Conason, P. C., from trying the instant action, is unanimously reversed, on the law, on the facts and in the exercise of discretion, motion is granted, without costs.
