Plaintiff brought his action by the service of a complaint which alleged a single cause of action demanding damages in the sum of $3,000.00 on account of the facts, or the incident, set out in the complaint. Defendant moved that plaintiff be required to make his complaint more definite and certain by separating the three causes of action which appellant alleged were jumbled in the complaint.
