Plaintiff-appellant Grace Burian brought suit to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained when the automobile operated by her husband and in which she was a passenger was struck from the rear by an automobile driven by the defendant-respondent Jean Dickens. The jury returned a verdict for defendant, and plaintiff’s motion for a new trial was overruled. On appeal, plaintiff contends that she was denied a fair and impartial trial due to misconduct on the part of defendant’s counsel and that the trial court erred and committed plain error in failing to sustain her…
