In this case, plaintiff, Pauline Jih, names as defendants Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. (Long & Foster), the Manager of Long & Foster’s Frederick office, Yvonne Jernigan, and the Manager of Long & Foster’s New Homes Division, Joseph Rogowski.
