ORDER ON RULE 11 SANCTIONS
KOVACHEVICH, Chief Judge.
This cause is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Strike Defendants’ Supplemental Motion for Rule 11 Sanctions (Dkt. No. 21), Defendants’ Motion for Rule 11 Sanctions (Dkt. No. 16), and responses.
FACTS
On November 29, 1995, Plaintiffs filed their Second Amended Complaint (Dkt. No. 10) in this case, alleging negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, RICO violations and vicarious liability. On January 30, 1996, Plaintiffs moved for a voluntary dismissal *170(Dkt. No. 14), which the Court granted on February 5,1996 (Dkt. No. 14).
