DODGE, District Judge.
There has as yet been no adjudication in this case. The involuntary petition filed August 15, 1907, is contested by the debtor, which denies the commission of the act of bankruptcy alleged. On September 3, 1907, a reference to ascertain and report upon the facts was ordered. No report under this reference has yet been filed. The alleged bankrupt has, however, filed in court an offer of composition and what is stated to be a majority in amount of the known creditors request that the court call a meeting of creditors under section 55e of the Bankruptcy Act of July 1, 1898,…
