The sewers in question were laid in the avenues, streets, and alleys on the west side of the river, and the avenues and streets on that side of the river are designated and known as avenues and streets west, and, as we understand the record, the avenues and streets on the east side of the river have the same numbers, but are not designated avenues and streets east.
