Murphy, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the district court denying a motion of appellant school board to reinstate its order terminating the contract of one of its teachers. The determinative question for review is whether the board made and entered proper findings of fact in proceedings brought under Minn. St. 125.12 to terminate a teacher’s contract.
