The plaintiffs, by their bill in equity, sought specific performance of an agreement in writing allegedly providing for their purchase of a certain tract of land situate in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The defendants filed separate answers raising preliminary objections which the learned court below sustained. From the decree so entered, the plaintiffs appeal.
