Presently pending before the Court is plaintiffs Motion for Reconsideration, filed on behalf of Rockland Industries, Inc. (“Rockland”), and defendant’s Motion to Alter and/or Amend Judgment and for Reconsideration filed on behalf of E + E (US) Inc., Manley-Regan Chemicals Division (“Manley-Regan”). This breach of contract action was brought by Rockland, a Maryland corporation that manufactures drapery lining fabrics, against Manley-Regan, a Pennsylvania chemical distribution company.
