Walter Olepa is the grandfather of Karl Olepa. Karl was born in July, 1975, and was placed in his grandfather's care in May, 1976. Walter was given custody of the child because his son, Richard, was an alcoholic at the time and because the child's natural mother was an unfit mother by her own admission. Walter was appointed as guardian for the child in June, 1976.…
