This appeal arises out of sequential rear-end collisions involving three tractor trailer vehicles. The plaintiffs tractor trailer was rear-ended by a tractor trailer owned by the defendant, which was in turn rear-ended by a third tractor trailer. The plaintiff sued the owners and drivers of both of the other tractor trailers, seeking compensation for personal injuries.
