DECISION ON MOTION SEEKING RELIEF FROM RULE 2004 ORDER

On May 31, 1983, Arkin-Medo, Inc. (debt- or) filed a petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 1101 et seq. (1982). The debtor continued to operate its business as debtor-in-possession. On June 8, 1983, the United States Trustee appointed a committee of unsecured creditors (Committee) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1102(a)(1).
