SPEER, Justice.
This appeal was before us on a previous day in this term. On February 12, 1937, we rendered an opinion in which we affirmed the order of judgment of the county court of Young county. This case is reported as Universal Credit Co. v. Boling, 103 S.W.(2d) 253. We overruled appellant’s motions for rehearing and to certify on March 26, 1937. Subsequent to the last-mentioned date appellant applied to the Supreme Court for a writ of mandamus to require this court to certify the question involved to the Supreme Court.
