ORDER

Currently before the Court in this proceeding is the Motion for Termination of Exclusivity of Condor One, Inc. (hereinafter “Condor”) and a related Motion to Extend Exclusivity by Homestead Partners, Ltd. (hereinafter “the Debtor”). Forming an integral part of the Debtor’s Chapter 11 reorganization, these motions give rise to a core proceeding within the Court’s subject matter jurisdiction.
