Lonnie Payne pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute in excess of five kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. He was sentenced by the district court 1 to 210 months imprisonment. On appeal, Payne raises several points related to his sentence.
