OPINION AND ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO REMAND

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs Jimmy Alexander and Edward J. DeBono brought this breach-of-contract action in Wayne County Circuit Court, State of Michigan, on May 6,1999, alleging that their employer, Defendant UDV North America, Inc. (“UDVNA”), and two former managerial employees of UDVNA, Defendants Melvin Noel Hanna and D.
