On February 10, 2010, appellants, Roberto Campusano, Justo Portocarrero, Ivan Mello, and David Rosales, brought suit against appellees, Lusitano Construction, LLC, Geoffrey de Oliveira (“Geoffrey”), and Francisco de Oliveira (“Francisco”), in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County.
