Testimony>Credibility Determination>Bench Trial When weighing the credibility of witnesses and resolving conflicts in the evidence, “the fact-finder has the discretion to decide which evidence to credit and which to reject.” Hollingsworth & Vose Co. v. Connor, 136 Md. App. 91, 136, (2000). “In this regard, it may believe part of a particular witness’s testimony but disbelieve other parts.”
