OPINION
JAMES F. QUEENAN, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This case presents the question of whether the purchase of goods with a check returned for nonsufficient funds creates a nondischargeable debt under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2). The question is troublesome despite the many times it has been before the courts. We hold that the debt is dis-chargeable because of the particular circumstances present, and we set forth our findings of fact and rulings of law pursuant to BANKR.R. 7052.
