MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

The matter before the court is a Motion For Relief From Stay filed by American State Bank and Trust Company of Dickinson (American). Alfred and Rae Lynn Bin-stock (Debtors) purchased a 1980 Windsor mobile home. On January 2, 1986, they refinanced the mobile home purchase by executing a promissory note to American. Rae Lynn’s father, Victor Froehlich, cosigned the note with the Debtors. Under the terms of the note the Debtors were to pay American $19,279.63 on January 1, 1987.
