Plaintiff, Theodore Henry Blue, Jr. (“Blue”), proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. He alleges that defendants J.M. Jabe (“Jabe”), W.S. Lawhon (“Lawhon”), and D. Trent (“Trent”) violated his First Amendment rights by verbally persecuting him for his religious belief and by denying him the possession of a gold leaf medallion.
