*151Plaintiffs-Appellants Manhattan Review LLC ("Manhattan Review") and Joern Meissner ("Meissner") appeal the judgment of the district court (Kaplan, J .; Francis, M.J. ) granting attorneys' fees and costs to Defendants-Appellees Manhattan Enterprise Group LLC, d/b/a Manhattan Elite Prep ("Manhattan Enterprise"), and Christopher Kelly ("Kelly") pursuant to section 505 of the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 505, and section 35(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1117(a).
