A director of a nonmember nonprofit corporation does not have independent standing to bring a derivative action on behalf of the corporation against other directors.
FACTS
In 1982, Judith Lundberg and others founded the Orient Foundation (Orient U.S.). It was established under the Washington Nonprofit Corporation Act (chapter 24.03 RCW), with its principal place of business in Seattle.
