Tillman, et al., 223 Miss. 12, 100 So. 2d 857, in which the canse was reversed and remanded; on suggestion of error, 233 Miss. 20, 103 So. 2d 139.

The suggestion of error was overruled and the cause remanded for trial solely on the issue as to whether Rich-ton Tie & Timber Company was an innocent purchaser of the timber for value without notice of the real condition of the title, and so that the Tillman heirs, appellants…
