This was an action on the case tried by jury in the Essex County Court. A verdict for the plaintiff was returned, and judgment was rendered thereon. The cause of action was alleged to have accrued April 22, 1894. The writ was dated September 20, 1900. The defendant’s pleas were the general issue and the Statute of Limitations..
