In 2014, Stuart Auld appealed the dismissal of his Chapter 11 bankruptcy case *625and its related adversary proceeding to the district court.1 On March 26, 2015, the district court affirmed the bankruptcy court’s orders dismissing both cases, and on March 27, 2015, it entered judgment to that effect.
