Plaintiffs Randall S. Louis and Frontier Realty Group, Ltd., sued defendant Lexington Development Corporation to recover a brokerage commission claimed to be due from defendant in connection with the purchase of a parcel of unimproved property located in suburban Cook County. After a bench trial, the circuit court entered judgment in favor of plaintiffs in the amount of $107,769.60.
