Kelcee Blunkall, individually, and Gavin and Hannah Blunkall, minors, by court appointed Guardian and Conservator Rhonda Atkins (collectively the “Blun-kalls”), filed suit against Heavy and Specialized Haulers, Inc. (“HSH”), CWF Wood Products, Inc. (“CWF”), and Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (“MHTC”) for the death of their parents following an automobile collision.
