The sole issue in this certified appeal is whether a trial court has subject matter jurisdiction to adjudicate a presentment complaint (presentment), filed pursuant to Practice Book, 2004, § 2-47, 1 alleging professional misconduct by an attorney who already has been disbarred from the practice of law for unrelated misconduct that occurred subsequent to the events alleged in the presentment.
