MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

INTRODUCTION

Holly Bauer (“Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition for chapter 13 relief on December 3, 2003. Doc. No. 1. Her proposed chapter 13 Plan, Doc. No. 8, came on for a confirmation hearing on February 17, 2004. No creditors of Debtor filed objections to confirmation, nor did any appear at the confirmation hearing. The chapter 13 Trustee, C.
