MEMORANDUM OPINION REGARDING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF CONFIRMATION ORDER

On February 19, 2009, the Court entered an Order Confirming Debtors’ First Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization, as Modified (the “Confirmation Order”). Within ten days of the entry of the Confirmation Order, on March 1, 2009, RMR Investments, Inc.
