Appellants Sherry Webb, Ronald McCoy, Phillip McClain, and Margie Webb (collectively plaintiffs) appeal the trial court’s order dismissing appellants’ legal malpractice case against appellees Mark Damiseh and A. Hayes Barclay, d/b/a Damiseh & Damiseh and/or Barclay & Damisch, Ltd. (collectively defendants). Plaintiffs hired defendants to represent them in recovering damages for plaintiffs’ injuries suffered in an August 1997 automobile accident.
