—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Allen G. Alpert, J.), rendered July 6, 1989, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him, *131as a predicate felony offender, to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from 7 to 14 years, unanimously affirmed.
