MEMORANDUM and ORDER
GLASSER, District Judge.
The moving counterclaim defendants Teres 1 Moeller, William McCann, D. McCord Moody, Archoustics LLC, Millennium Partners, John Alberti, John Alberti, Inc. and Steven Williams have moved to dismiss the counterclaims pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction. For the reasons that follow, the counterclaim defendants’ motion should be denied.
